Abbeville - Alabama

Abbeville Alabama is the county seat of a county called Henry county in the state of Alabama. Interestingly enough, this is the very first alphabetically listed city, both in state and city lists, in the Rand McNally Road Atlas. The city is home to two schools, one of which is the Abbeville High School and the other the Abbeville Christian Academy. There are also chapters for both the Habitat for Humanity and the Red Cross in Abbeville Alabama.
 
During the census of 2000, it was reported that there were just under 3,000 people in Abbeville. The town is small, friendly, and filled with southern hospitality and charm.
